“The visit to Punta Tombo was excellent, but it would not have happened had we not spoken up and questioned the guide. We booked Punta Tombo but were put on a group tour to La Caleta instead. We spoke up and the guide called and found one person in the tour office, who then picked us up and took us to Punta Tombo. Fortunately, the person who took us was also a guide, and in fact had been a park ranger at Punta Tombo, so he was excellent and very well-informed. But had we not spoken up, we would have been taken on another tour. The tour agency thought any…”
