The agency refuses to communicate in English and what’s app pickup communication as well (so you have to translate yourself - very annoying, stressful and time consuming). The guide itself spoke English and the guide was OK. The bus was smelly (spilt wine or rotten fruits) and the seatbelts didn’t work properly.”
